White chocolate: Cocoa: 26% minimum. Dulce chocolate: Cocoa: 23% minimum. Milk chocolate: Cocoa: 34% minimum, milk solids: 18% minimum. Dark chocolate: Cocoa: 70% minimum. Gluten free. Double chocolate may occasionally contain cocoa husk.
